FETE - One Week to go.

TO THE FETE!
CHRIST'S CHURCH FETE

Preparations continue to gather pace
for the Fete. Blessed with the generosity and contribution of everyone, items
are being gathered and prepared for the Fete not only in church but also in
various homes.

STILL CONTRIBUTE
The RAFFLES stall
is still accepting items and is in need of of gourmet food items or
wine. Items can be dropped off latest by 22nd October in church.
PLANTS can be dropped
off at the morning of the Fete. If you are unable to do so contact Ruth Arnel
(9586 1072) to have the plants dropped off at her place.
WHITE ELEPHANT items
to be dropped off at church on the morning of the Fete or after 22nd
October, the Tuesday before the fete.
Please

Austin (0450 536 216) if you need to drop items off before then.
CAKE STALL If you would like to contribute to the cake stall but
are unable to bake then why not donate an ingredient that can be used by those who are able to
bake. Items required are flour, gluten
free flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder.
SEEKING
ASSISTANCE NEXT WEEK
Help is required help
to wrap up the raffle
prizes. Please drop by the church at 11:00am Wednesday 23rd
October if you can spare some time.
If you could help along
with your TRAILER or
spare your trailer, please put your name on the
list at the back of the church to allow us to plan accordingly.
If you can spare
an UMBRELLA to provide additional shade on the day of
the Fete, let us
know and bring it along.

VEHICLE PERMITS
For
helpers and coordinators who will need to park for more than three hours
during the fete, please register your vehicle for a parking permit
by Sunday 20th October. The list will be submitted to the
Rangers' office on Wednesday 23rd October.

Fete Update
THE FETE
WILL BE HERE IN TWO WEEKS!
CHRIST'S CHURCH FETE

MEWBURN GARDENS, MANDURAH
Preparations for the Fete continues
with the contribution of the stall coordinators and
items are being dropped off at
the church.
Some fantastic items including
paintings, a golf set and
an autographed photo of the 1997-1998
Sheffield Shield Champions team
will be up for AUCTION at the fete.
There will double opportunities for
the RAFFLE tickets!
Winners of spot prizes to be given
out will also be included in the main draw.

Fete Update No 2
FETE
UPDATE No. 2
CHRIST'S CHURCH FETE
8:30AM - 12:30PM SATURDAY,
26th OCTOBER 2013
MEWBURN GARDENS, MANDURAH
Progress continues with five weeks to
go! The Fete committee would like to thank all who have signed up and extend a
warm welcome to anyone who would like to help.
Only the CRAFT and RAFFLES stalls do not have a coordinator at
the moment. The good news is that more than ten prizes have already been
identified for the raffles which means less work for the coordinator to
be. ADDITIONAL HELPERS are always welcome
especially with the transporting and set up/clean up.

HEALING MEMORIES SUPPORT GROUP
This is a group for all bereaved parents who have lost a child from conception to aged 12, to come together to share memories and stories in a safe environment. It is facilitated by a SIDS and KIDS peer supporter and morning tea is provided. There are no crèche facilities so the group is free from babies and children. We meet on the 1st Tuesday of each month at Christ's Church Anglican Church 9.30am - 11.30am. So if you know of anyone who might benefit from the grief support offered within this group please do let them know.
