The next coordinators' meeting is
scheduled for
Wednesday the 9th October.
Helpers are still welcomed to join
the team by
signing up on the list at the back of
the church.

if you have any queries on the
stall.
Please start collecting your
items for the Fete and
you can drop them off at the church.
Kindly mark the
items clearly .
Pot your PLANTS
You can drop the potted plants
off
at the morning of the Fete.
If you are unable to do so you
can arrange with
Ruth Arnel (9586 1072)
to have the plants dropped off at her
place.
WHITE
ELEPHANT items
can be dropped off at church
on or after 22nd
October, the Tuesday before the fete.

VOLUNTEERS
AND TRAILERS
The committee is seeking
volunteers to help
put up ADVERTISING
BANNERS ten
days before the fete,
load items unto
trailers the FRIDAY BEFORE,
SET UP early Saturday
morning of the fete and
CLEARING
AWAY after
the fete around 12:30pm.
Please sign up at the
back of the church.
Due to the amount of
items that has to be transported,
additional TRAILERS are required to
assist in the fete.
If you could help along
with your trailer or spare your trailer,
please put your name on
the list at the back of the church
to allow us to plan
accordingly.
BAKING SUPPLIES
If
you would like to contribute to the cake stall but
are
unable to bake then why not donate an ingredient that
can
be used by those who are able to bake.
Items
required are flour, gluten free flour, sugar, cocoa
and baking powder.
FOOD PROVIDERS
There
is a list for food providers at the back of the church.
Please
indicate what you can provide for the cake store.
VEHICLE PERMITS
For
helpers and coordinators who will need to
park
for more than three hours during the fete,
please
register your vehicle for a parking permit by Sunday 20th October.
The
list will be submitted to the Rangers' office on Wednesday 23rd October.
We need your
help to spread the news.
Please share
this countdown with fellow church members and friends
who do not have
access to the internet.
